They did not process my benefits because they said they never received my SENSITIVE documents. All the information identity thefts relish are in these documents. I requested if I can refile it via online hoping it would be more secure but no option to that! Frustrating! Sometime you would think they run the fraud department for not wanting our transactions done more SECURELY!
I am very disappointed and stressed out the the lack of consideration and urgency of the EDD reps. I have a 1 month old with no income! I have been so proactive and communicative with EDD and have received zero progress with my claim. I've had to literally push this claim along whole recovering from a c section. This is my first baby and first claim and it has been so difficult. I advised the EDD reps that my medical forms from my Dr were filled out prior to my urgent unplanned c section and asked what needs to be done. I was told nothing me calling with the updated information is all that's needed and it has been noted. Now here we are 3 weeks later and my claim is pending because they need an updated medical certification. (I only know this from calling them) I provided my drs # and office hours they still chose to call AFTER HOURS. I asked for a supervisor and was told there isn't one available. I now have to wait and hope someone actually calls and even then I will still be going nearly 2 more weeks without income ! This is the worst most stressful experience as a first time mom!
I would like to give rate at 0 if I able to choose . My last date of work was April 30th 2024. The hospital that I work with had terminate my contract before time . Suppose to be on the June 22 . I had go through severe depression since I had lost my favorite job . I unable to do anything . Finally I file the claim later online . There were no option for us to sent verification on line . Do have to wait they send the letter for the ID . Finally I got only one check for $405 because they said they just everything on the 8/14 /24 . They did not pay anything before that. Even my last day of work was 30 th April . I could not believed this and the staff who answer the phone is very rude . Her name is “Jane” what she told me and don’t want to give me her last name . She said she does not have to give me Basically EDD is a joke they don’t want to help me . What is the reason that don’t pay since the last date that we work .I can show the prove of everything . And because if they slow system effect to our benefit too. Does it right ??unacceptable .
Absolutely Shady absolutely unethical absolutely unprofessional extremely rude and act like we're asking for them for their own money which in reality we paid into this and it's like pulling teeth they don't want to give anybody their money that they earned or are entitled to!I seriously don't understand how these people get these jobs or how they keep their jobs they are so unprofessional so rude and like I mentioned unethical!!!They never want to give you their name and when you ask for them them for their name they hang up on you The government and the state of California needs to look into the employees clean house and fire all these lazy unworthy uncapable of doing what they're paid to do Employees!!! If these calls were really monitored a lot of these people would be fired on how rude and unprofessional and unethical they are!!!
Does not function.Asked 3 different times for a 2 step authenitcation code. Spent 30 minutes verifying identify and get a non-descriptive error. Given a phone number to call which just left me with 7 different phone numbers to call, none of which reflect the issue I have.
All I going to say about the EDD short for unemployment office the interviewers that give you a phone call to review your case is very very mean in ruled in just nasty they always denied you your money they never like to pay you what you are entitled they always side with the employer in the employer fired you nobody ask to be fired period they think every one with fraud since the pandemic it's just sad in horrible I hate dealing with them every time I file for unemployment it be a problem in I really worked smh this is from a real person tf you don't need my ID for no review I'm real trust me don't my review sound real TH
