I purchased a fairly expensive tripod and when it arrived I didn’t care for it. I wasn’t what I needed or could use for macro photography. I emailed them asking for a return label and customer service returned a message stating that their product would work for me. Believe me, it doesn’t.They were refusing my return. I emailed them again and I got a very rude message stating that I would only get a small amount of my money back if I returned it… and still no return label was sent to me. I would never recommend this company to anybody due to the fact that they don’t take returns. Their equipment is very expensive and if you don’t want something, you should have the option to return it. About three weeks later, I received a return label, but it wasn’t within the 30 day return limit. I am stuck with a product I do not want and out of almost $200. I would never recommend this company to anybody. Signed, highly disappointed
The product is solid, looks great, arrived in a timely manner! I've tried about three different types of camera mounts and this is the best so far! Given my usage, I would ask that they make a second version with longer arms. I'd definitely buy again.
