My head one had a bad motherboard. They sent me a replacement part at no charge, plus a link to a video that showed me how to install it myself. Was very easy and straightforward, I was really happy I didn't need to replace the whole part.
My Flex Tilt Prime stand arrived sooner than expected. It was nicely packed and the item was protected. It is extremely well made. I’ve used it quite a few times, and it is easy to set up and change. The cost is extremely reasonable compared to the value of the item. I highly recommend Edelkrone.

The company was super proactive and explained the purpose of each stand. I have since purchased another model that better meets my needs.
