I canceled my service with Good Life Meds because they insisted on changing my account every month without my authorization, and I canceled with Trava Health because they kept raising their prices every month. I am skeptical of the GLP service in general. The lavender Sky Health website was easy to follow, and I appreciate the request for an ID and a copy of my medication. However, I did not like that they charge $65 for a consultation when I don't need one since I have been on the medication since June 2025. I know I need Tirzepatide 12.5 MG. I sent an email explaining the above and asking how much my GLP will cost. So far no response all day. AI think is a good company so I will wait and see.

The customer support has also been exceptional; they respond to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I wholeheartedly recommend it to friends facing similar issues.
I can't ask for easier or more cost-effective service and truly personalized treatment. I have been easily losing weight for the first time in my life now that my metabolism is changing. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and falls far short of their "patient-first" claims.Despite claiming that patients are adequately informed about not offering prior authorization, I was told they provided prior authorization support, which they don't. This misinformation directly influenced my decision to use their service.Dr. Johnson's communication was unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than providing the expeditious care I PAID for, I was essentially told to go back to my primary care provider - defeating the entire purpose of using their service.When I raised these concerns, customer service consistently sided with the provider rather than addressing legitimate patient feedback, violating their own "mutual respect" policy.Despite being misinformed at signup and receiving substandard care that didn't match what was advertised, they refused any refund consideration.I paid for a professional experience and instead received what felt like a referral back to my regular doctor with dismissive treatment throughout. Their customer service showed no willingness to address legitimate concerns or escalate to someone with authority to review cases where services weren't delivered as promised.Would I recommend? Absolutely not. Save your money and stick with your primary care provider or find a telemedicine service that actually delivers on their promises and treats patients with respect.The platform itself is confusing and poorly designed, making the entire experience frustrating from start to finish. They don't seem to care about patient satisfaction, only collecting fees.Update: After multiple attempts to resolve this professionally, they continue to hide behind policy rather than addressing service quality issues. This speaks volumes about their true priorities.
My sister went through your company to get on a GLP1. She was 130lbs, and 5’7”. It is atrocious that you guys wound prescribe some like that a weight loss medication. She is now on a maintenance shot and she is 125lbs, extremely thin. Shame on you for not seeing patients IN PERSON.
