Buyer BEWARE! The tee shirts are cute, but they effectively cannot be returned from the US. The company does not have a warehouse in the US to ship returns back to, and mailing them back to England via USPS cost more than the tee shirt itself ($70), with UPS quoting $250. Their customer service does not care and made not a single attempt to make it right.
I initially balked at the price (I have never allowed myself to spend more then £15-20 tops on a t-shirt before) but I loved the statements on the clothing and felt compelled to treat myself… Once they arrived, I couldn’t have been more pleased. They looked and felt amazing and I finally understood why people pay a premium for well made, beautiful and sustainable clothing. I am not disappointed and cannot wait to buy more! ❤️
Be cautious of the high shipping fees! I ended up paying £8.50 for UK delivery and return of a single t-shirt. The initial £5 shipping charge didn’t even cover next-day delivery or include free returns. The tracked return service added another £3.50. I didn’t realize these costs until after placing my order. It’s unfortunate that the company doesn’t provide a more economical delivery option for those who find a £5 charge for a sustainable service excessive. The t-shirt was of good quality and I liked it, but the fit was slightly off, so I had to return it. At this time of year, I couldn’t keep credit with the company and preferred a refund. The £8.50 deduction from my refund was quite surprising. Read the fine print and be prepared!
