I ordered some things this morning and didn’t realize I need to clink for free items. I sent a text and received a response. I called and explained what I did wrong. The young lady was most helpful. She was able to correct my error and followed up with a very nice text.
Anna is pretty great! I was having address/delivery issues and without any hesitation, she got a replacement sent! Also, she is quite pleasant through text. Thanks to her, I will definitely be ordering from you guys again!! Give that gal a raise!! Or at least something good.
