I have paid quite a bit of money to this company, and very rarely have I been dissatisfied. I have only encountered 2 errors, and both of them were handled within 24 hours.Packaging is from "Web Merchants" and either comes in a box or a discreet bag (depending on how much is ordered). They ALWAYS have deals going on, and it's the only company where I've subscribed to their newsletter because the deals are SO good.
