Super amazing customer support team! They were very helpful and quick with giving me support in a delayed shipping problem. I purchased 2-day shipping, and received it about 4. I ordered the items on a Saturday, and obviously business days means week days, so I expected to get the items around Tuesday/Wednesday at the latest. I got them today, Thursday. They offered me the money back or store-credit, and since I still received my order by the time I wanted it at latest (today) I chose in-store credit because I’ve always appreciated their team and business. Shout out to Lars particularly for being the one to assist me in this matter!
Eden Fantasys really aim to please their customers. I had trouble getting my order as it was lost somewhere in the mail, and I was getting no where with help from the post office. I reached out to Eden Fantasys and explained everything and they had no issues sending me another order! I am happy to say that I've received my product in less than a weeks time!
