EdenFantasys is amazing. I have been ordering products from them for a few years and have never had an issue. I ordered something for Christmas and when I got it, I wrapped the box and set it aside. When my husband opened it we charged it so that we could use it however no matter what we did it wouldn’t work. I sent an email to customer service and they responded immediately. They gave me some things to try and when that still didn’t work they sent me another one right away! I’m still waiting to receive it but I couldn’t be more happy with how quickly they responded and how helpful Ivy was! Don’t hesitate to order from them!!
