Someone give Carmen a raise!I initially contacted EF for faster shipping, and a different agent offered me two options: cancel and buy again or send the payment manually. My original purchase was through PayPal. For some reason, I got distracted and took too long to respond, so the conversation was closed (this was my fault). I started a new conversation, and Carmen was my agent this time. When I told her I wanted to cancel so I could choose faster shipping, she said she could handle it for me. Nothing extra was needed on my end—no canceling or manually sending the payment. She just took care of it.
