I needed to cancel my order and the rep I worked with, Carmen, was very understanding. She first offered a 25% discount if I still wanted to keep the order. I thanked her for the offer but decided to go through with the cancellation. She wasn't pushy at all and even gave me a coupon if I ever decided to come back as a customer. Awesome customer service experience for me!
I was disappointed that they had run out of the cleaner that I had ordered but because they ran out, they made my order have free shipping which a greatly appreciated. The lady was very kind and understanding of my situation and also offered me 12 free toys due to a promotion they were having at the moment.
