No prices available when you arrive and forced to pay £100 for 24 hours parking due to flight delays (was meant to land 4 hours earlier). Ticket machines do not work / accept payment and I was only informed of the total cost by driving to the gate to leave the car park. No receipt given. Was informed by several bored employees to look on website and email customer services.
We chose the park and fly once more due to its simplicity in booking and usage. We opted not to use the speedy online check-in and followed our usual routine: scanned our booking, confirmed our return flight, and dropped off our key. Upon our return, we retrieved our key and quickly made our way to our car, getting home in no time. I can't think of any way to enhance the experience.
Overall experience was positive. The shuttle bus ran frequently. However, I want to mention a few points. Firstly, the gate did not open and requested £160 since it didn’t recognize my vehicle's number plate despite my prepayment, but the support team responded promptly via intercom and resolved the issue quickly. Additionally, there were no trolleys available for luggage in that parking area.
Everything went smoothly with the booking and parking. My only feedback is that we were located in E6, which required quite a walk to the terminal. It would be great to have a shuttle service option, especially since my partner has a back issue, though not a disability. Other than that, we encountered no problems. Thank you!
Fantastic location - utilized the fast track on the second level of the multi-story. The only downside is that there tends to be a recurring issue when attempting to exit, which results in charges of £000. It's often necessary to use the intercom for resolution.
The service was easy to navigate, and the two representatives provided excellent assistance. However, we faced an additional charge of £25 due to a 7-hour flight delay, which I can understand, but then we were hit with another £7 fee to leave the car park!
We had previously used this service a few years back, and it was a positive experience. The staff are very accommodating and provide excellent guidance on using the system. The process of both dropping off and picking up the car was exceptionally quick. We needed to change the vehicle we were bringing, and although I had made this update online weeks in advance, it seemed the system was still expecting the original car. (It seems the system has issues with personalized plates.) However, it was resolved swiftly. We did need to call for help when exiting the main airport area after the Fast Park barriers, but aside from that, the overall experience was very straightforward and convenient.
