PUBLIC WARNING REGARDING EDUREKAOn 20 June 2025, I enrolled in one of Edureka’s programs and paid the full course fee upfront via credit card. Despite this, on 18 or 19 June 2025, I received an email from Edureka stating that they would deduct another payment from my account on 20 July 2025. Without my explicit consent, they had apparently set up an automatic deduction/direct debit arrangement.I immediately contacted Edureka to clarify that no further funds should be withdrawn from my account. However, they still deducted the amount on 20 July 2025. Since then, I have been in continuous communication with them, requesting both a refund and the cancellation of any further withdrawals.Today, 13 August 2025, I received the following disappointing response from Edureka:“Greetings from Edureka! We regret to inform you that we could not find any discrepancies as mentioned. The course details were properly discussed before your enrollment. As your request does not fall under our policy, we are unable to accommodate a refund or fee adjustment. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we can offer you one additional complimentary live course.Regards,ShrutiEdureka!”They have refused to refund my money and are instead trying to push an unwanted course on me. Even worse, they have not confirmed whether another deduction will be made on 20 August 2025.I have since discovered multiple negative reviews from others facing similar refund-related issues with this India-based firm. I am sharing my experience to warn the public before I take further action.
Edureka exceeded my expectations with its high-quality content and experienced instructors. The real-world projects really helped me gain hands-on experience. The best part about Edureka is the 24/7 support and flexible access to live and recorded sessions. It made learning very convenient.
Do not join especially the courses on Agentic AI , there are multiple instructors and very few of them know the content , also there are sales agents on what’s app who will try convince you to join an offer a three day cancellation policy , the cancellation policy is a support ticket and they will not honour the cancellation , also the classes do not have any chat meaning you cannot share messages with fellow learners , the instructor does not even expose his/her linked in profile to reveal credentials
I opted for the "Mastering DevOps: Automating the Software Delivery Pipeline" program by PwC. Nowadays, Edureka is misleading people with PwC content. I don’t know how they select trainers for the material presented in any PwC course, as not all hands-on activities are conducted by the trainers. Sometimes, the trainers say, "Sorry, this is not in the curriculum shared with me by Edureka." Students enroll in the course after checking out the Edureka website, so why don’t they stop hiring trainers who lack knowledge of the given topics? They teach everything from here and there but not the actual content. Because of this, I have enrolled in many courses, hoping for a change, but no progress has been made. They hire low-budget trainers who try to complete the curriculum within a week. I don’t know whom they are competing with and for what, but they have taken a lot of money from students. My strong recommendation for all upcoming students is not to join any PwC course. Not just PwC; I have enrolled in most of the master’s programs related to DevOps, and many trainers have failed to deliver good content. Many times, trainers are changed when negative ratings are given, but Edureka still doesn’t seem to understand. From my side, it’s a zero rating for Edureka. The "Mastering DevOps: Automating the Software Delivery Pipeline" program by PwC is more of a refresher course. People have joined the course without prior knowledge of DevOps, and my money feels wasted. I learned no new content, and there was no advanced hands-on experience covered by the trainer, which was mentioned in the Edureka website curriculum. This timeframe is too short for learning all the topics covered. Please don’t call this course a master’s; call it a refresher next time. At the very least, you must know that no advanced topics can be taught in just four classes, especially with only 2-3 hours per class. Otherwise, consider a boot camp format with longer hours. This is the worst platform for learning advanced topics.
I recently completed the *Advanced Certificate Program in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence* with Edureka, and it was a great experience.**Instructors:** The faculty was highly knowledgeable, making complex topics easy to understand and apply.**Course Design:** The curriculum was well-structured, offering a good balance between theoretical concepts and hands-on projects, helping me build practical skills.**Support Team:** Edureka’s support team was responsive and always ready to assist, ensuring a smooth learning experience.I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to upskill in Data Science and AI. Thanks, Edureka!"
I recently purchased the Snowflake Developer from Edureka. I would like to share my feedback on both the course and the support team. Firstly, I'd like to highlight the assistance I received from Lokesh. For my specific concern regarding course related, we connected over the phone, and Lokesh provided clear and effective guidance to resolve it. As for the course itself, the content was well-structured, and the instructor demonstrated in-depth knowledge, making the learning experience smooth and engaging. Overall, my experience with Edureka has been highly positive, and I appreciate the support and dedication of the entire team.
