I am in the EST time zone and paid for a live course. However, after signing up, I was informed there were no classes available at the promised time. Instead, I was assigned to an incorrect class. After spending ten weeks in that class, I learned that I had missed the actual module I signed up for. Now, I'm left to catch up with recordings. I paid for a live class and now have no assistance. I'm very disappointed that I wasted so much money, time, and effort.
This organization appears to be run by scammers. Their focus seems to be on cold-calling candidates to enroll them in courses, only to deny access to live classes afterward. I paid a significant amount for a certification course, but I never received access to the live sessions. I was in contact with a representative who took my money but did not assist me in accessing the course. I submitted several tickets and received vague responses without any resolution. I wish I could find a contact number to report these issues. Please do not enroll or pay anything to this provider.

This level of professionalism is unacceptable for a global training provider. Other platforms address customer issues swiftly and transparently, something this provider needs to learn. I share this review to warn others before they enroll. I hope they will take this case seriously and fulfill their promises.
I enrolled in a so-called 'live instructor-led' course expecting real-time interaction, but the reality was disappointing. With over 150 students in the sessions, it was impossible to engage or ask questions, making it feel like watching pre-recorded videos. To make matters worse, there was no refund policy, even when the experience did not match what was promised. The counselor was very responsive before payment but vanished afterward—typical sales behavior! Overall, I found this course to be overhyped and disappointing. If you seek genuine engagement and quality mentorship, look elsewhere.
They frequently change or cancel training sessions without notice. Once they have your contact details, they aggressively upsell additional courses. Customer service is overly persistent and does not respect privacy, despite my requests for them to stop calling. I have yet to start my actual course, so I cannot comment on the teaching staff, but the instructor during orientation seemed reasonable.

I’ve asked Edureka more than ten times to remove me from their call and email lists. Despite clear opt-out requests, they keep contacting me (calls, emails, even WhatsApp), sometimes at inconvenient hours. This disregard for customer preference and privacy is unacceptable. I’m not interested in their trainings—please remove me from all contact lists.
