One of my camera bling lenses fell off. I reached out to customer service regarding this since I had recently purchased it. The representative was kind and offered to replace the item. I’m very pleased with my experience and will continue to support this business. It’s great when brands listen to customers and provide solutions. :)
I’ve been purchasing from this brand since 2021, and as an international customer, all my orders have been successful. This is the only brand of phone case I use <3 However, I hope international shipping costs can be reduced, as they are nearly the same price as one case. The case broke rather easily, but it did protect the phone. This is the worst phone case I’ve ever had. I found the customer support lacking; there was no response by phone, and while emails received replies, they didn’t address my questions. One of the worst experiences I’ve encountered with a company.
This company feels like a scam. I ordered a case two months ago and have yet to receive it. After requesting a refund, I was told they couldn’t issue one because the order had shipped, but they haven’t provided any tracking info. It’s impossible to reach anyone because the contact number goes straight to voicemail. I advise against ordering from this company.
I am very disappointed with this experience as a returning customer. After placing my order, I realized I had selected the wrong model and reached out immediately to request a correction. I was informed that the item hadn’t shipped yet, but later, when I inquired about a refund, I was told it had already been dispatched. The inconsistency in communication and lack of follow-up is unacceptable. I would advise others to think carefully before making a purchase.
I attempted to reach out for an exchange at least four times with little to no response. My package has now been returned, and I haven’t received my money back or confirmation on my exchange! The customer service is horrible, and the online exchange portal didn’t work. I do not recommend this service.
I ordered a phone case for $50 with free shipping, but when a 15% discount was applied, the order ended up costing $90 since free shipping only applies to orders over $50. I emailed to return it, but they claimed it had already shipped and couldn’t help me. Very frustrating experience with unhelpful support.
