I either lost or didn't know of a charger cable for their wallet tracker I received as a gift from my son. I contacted Ekster support, they sent me a new one for free! This kind of service does not exist today at any price. A++++

The leather is high quality, the design is slim but still holds everything I need, and it feels durable.
This men’s leather wallet exceeded my expectations. The leather feels premium right out of the box—soft, durable, and clearly built to last. The stitching is clean and tight, giving it a refined, high‑end look. It has just the right number of card slots, and everything fits securely without making the wallet bulky.
I especially like pop up ejection button allowing for easy card access. Definitely worth the purchase!

After almost 2yrs of owning a wallet I had bought my son, he encountered a malfunctioning button. Ekster customer service and warranty were exceptional. My son is so happy to have received a replacement because he loves their products!

I ordered a cardholder pro and encountered a problem with it. However, the experience with the support team to resolve the issue and submit the warranty claim was outstanding. I bought the Cardholder Pro and Coin Tray as a present for my father-in-law. There was a small issue upon receipt, but it was quickly resolved within a few days. A replacement Cardholder Pro was sent, and it works perfectly. My father-in-law loves it; it took him a couple of days to get used to it, but now he can't do without it. Special thanks to the representative in customer service for her outstanding communication and support. She handled the situation very effectively and went above and beyond to assist.
