I ordered a necklace and I didn't get any email about it. When I asked the cosumer service he asked for some information but after that I got completely ignored. The biggest scam in history or the poorest costumer service in the world.
Really good quality jewellrey, unique designs and fantastic customer service.
I have bought 3 different items for my partner and he loved each of them. They look great and are hard wearing.
The delivery has always super fast too.
I am still trying to get a refund for a chain I sent back. It was "sitting" in processing since January 8th and I emailed several times. NOW I am being told that I am not eligible for a refund. I am being told I cannot get any money back because it is beyond the 14 day window. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. There are no phone numbers and I don't even have the address in OHIO that the item was sent to. The tracking is still showing processing, however, you received my item and refuse to give me any refund. this seems to be a trend in your store - and I am reporting you for fraud to the USPIS.GOV as well as the BBB. I have spend $196.50 and now I have nothing to show for it. I will make sure that you do not get any orders from me in the future and will also post everywhere about the poor customer service and the fact that you are ripping people off - I am not the first person this has happened to, based on several reviews I have red.
Part of my necklace became loose and the pendant was lost (quite a rare issue I believe) craftd sent me a whole new chain and pendant honouring their warranty. It was a seamless process. A brand that honours their warranty and has good customer service.

I would not recommend buying from this company. The ring sizing is not accurate, meaning have to return multiple times and paying for returns. They are now ignoring my emails when I am trying to return a swapped item. The customer service was very unhelpful when they did reply initially, often sending conflicting information, or not answering questions at all.

I purchased a single gift for my son for Christmas on 12/18/25, expecting it to be shipped with the paid $20 UPS 1-2 days option. Unfortunately, three days later, it was sent via USPS ground. I immediately contacted customer service about this error but received no reply for two days. After that, I used the chat feature to explain my issue, only to get a response asking for the original tracking information for the gift's arrival, which came two days after Christmas. My concern has not been addressed at all. I am incredibly disappointed, as I had heard positive things about the service. I would rate my experience at 0 stars. As a mother working at a busy food bank, I have little time to find something truly special, and this situation is heartbreaking.
The lifetime warranty feels misleading. The bracelet kept breaking, requiring constant repairs on my part. I took a photo of the broken piece (which I shared) in case I needed to contact support about ongoing issues. It must have broken again while I was out, as it's now missing and likely fell off my wrist. I submitted the photo, but that wasn’t sufficient for them. They insisted on a video of the broken bracelet that has already fallen off. This is absurd.
