Delivery was super quick, well packaged and had all the information inside how to get started. Had all the items to create the delicious shake, which I started immediately and the taste was just amazing. Flavour is delicious so easy to drink. Only just started using it but I will definitely purchase more. After care brilliant too, very personal.
Ordered one pack to try and they sent me all of the free gifts too, arrived within the week. Been taking it as a hot chocolate drink which is really nice, no after taste. Only been taking it for just over a week so can't give feed back on effects yet but I have ordered a three month supply now as it is so easy and tasty to take.
Whist the product is ok, I had an issue with the items delivered and was missing 2 items. I have contact Elevate 3 times by email using the contact details on their site and also messaged on social media with no response. Customer service is so important to me and I don't wish to give my money to companies that don't value their customers. In my opinion if you want to receive the correct goods don't order from this company.

Up until the last couple of weeks I would have rated this company very highly. When you first subscribe you get lots of comms and support (almost a little too much), however I found that the product didn’t agree with me so send an email to inquire about the money back guarantee, that email was sent 10 days ago now, and despite receiving the auto response saying I would hear back in 2 days, I’ve heard nothing. I’ve sent 2 further chase emails, as my subscription is due to renew and obviously this is not required, but you can’t cancel it without waiving the money back guarantee - makes me wonder if this is on purpose? Anyway, a response would be appreciated ELAVATE, and for you to live up to your reputation and guarantee. Thanks!
