Horrendous company - I have tried reaching out to their customer service department endless times via email on multiple social media platforms for the past month - no response! Then they send me an email suggesting I’d signed up for a subscription which I didn’t & they were getting ready to ship my next order. I fell for it - pressed the delay button thinking that would cancel the pouch coming out to me as I didn’t like the chocolate flavour intially (what I’ve been trying to address with them & try the other flavours) & i immediately had a notification from my banking app saying they took the money from my account. Complete scam! Then they send email should read do you want to sign up for a subscription and the delay button should say confirm! Ive then had to spend my Sunday morning cancelling the subscription they have just signed me up for which you have to go through so many junk pages where they try and make you stay and keep pressing cancel subscription. I couldn’t amend the order to cancel it only update my card details or address. Absolutely diabolical- ended up having to call my account and report the scam, block my bank card & order another. I didn’t give them permission to keep my card details on file - therefore how rude of them to do so and then trick me into a subscription under false potencies.
I placed my order 8 days ago, but there's been no update on the processed delivery. I've sent 5 messages without receiving any replies from the support team. There's no option to call or talk to someone directly, and I'm starting to feel like this is a scam. I've lost £120! I strongly advise staying away! The shipping status hasn't changed in 8 days and still says 'awaiting'!
I am currently waiting for a reply regarding my product return, and I still haven't received my refund! To be honest, I'm a bit puzzled because the reviews are generally positive, but this absence of customer support is quite frustrating. I've sent two messages without any response so far—it feels like they might not be trustworthy if you decide against the product. I will update this review if they get back to me!
Outstanding support from the team and the product is quite enjoyable. I sampled the chocolate flavor initially, but since I’m not a fan of sweets, it was a bit too sugary for my taste. However, switching flavors is simple, and I now use the unflavored option in my morning coffee. I discovered it works better in hot beverages, as it didn't dissolve well in cold ones.
I truly hesitate to even give a single star! The customer service is nonexistent. I placed my order and made the payment on January 9th. There has been no delivery, and attempts to track it have been futile, as the postal service indicates the package is still pending. I received an automated email blaming the storm, but it's now January 20th! This is an unacceptable situation. I've sent numerous messages, and their claim of responding within 2 hours to messages and 24 hours to emails is clearly untrue. No matter how good or bad the product may be, this level of service is unacceptable. I've even reached out to the 'founder' on a professional network, but to no avail. Please start addressing the concerns of those who have ordered and paid but haven't received their items. If this continues, we may have to create a social media platform to share our experiences about this poor service. TrustPilot? Trust US!
I was on the hunt for a good collagen powder and couldn't overlook the numerous discussions surrounding a particular product, so I decided to try it out. I understand that results take time, and I plan to update my review based on effectiveness. For now, I’m giving it two stars due to two main issues. 1. The packet doesn’t contain a full month’s supply. I take 12g daily, but I missed about six days and ran out just yesterday. My subscription was also reviewed yesterday. 2. At checkout, I explicitly requested not to receive anything other than the powder. Despite this, I received a barrage of onboarding emails and a notification about a 'free gift'—something I had opted out of. I wasn't interested in magnets or unnecessary gummies, and I already own a milk frother and storage jars. The package was oversized, and the contents were excessive for someone who had declined them. I will update this review once I have results to discuss.
I recently got my order and I'm really pleased. I saw an advert that caught my attention, and it felt trustworthy. The ordering process was straightforward, and a fantastic package arrived. I've tried other collagen supplements before that tasted terrible, but this powder mixed easily and actually tasted great. Now I'm excited to see the results. The customer support is completely unreachable. I am struggling to cancel a subscription I was unaware I had signed up for on the platform. I attempted to reach out via the email provided without any success. Initially, I opted for a single bag as a trial, but within two weeks, an additional £39 was deducted from my bank account, and another bag was delivered the following day. It seems there is a problem with my email address, preventing me from logging into my account or making any changes. I reached out to the chatbot five days ago and sent an email three days ago, but I have received no response at all. This situation feels reminiscent of classic scams.
I've noticed remarkable changes in my skin, hair, and nails, but the most important aspect is that I feel much less anxious. This has truly made a positive impact on my well-being, far surpassing the previous collagen I was using.
