The powder is easy to mix with the free frother.I chose chocolate flavour which is fine. I haven’t found anything unusual in its flavour, maybe a little sweeter than I would prefer but it’s quite pleasant. I mix mine as a shake with fat free Greek yogurt and a little water, it’s very similar to a diet shake in consistency and taste.The vitamin gummies are a sweet treat.All in all I’m very pleased with the service and product. I’m looking forward to the promised results in a few weeks time
