Review Time
I placed an order and made payment on the 18th of November for delivery on the 27th of November. It is now the 19th of December, and the shower screen has yet to arrive. I received numerous excuses. Just two days ago, I got an email stating the item was delivered yesterday, which forced me to rearrange several meetings since the notification came in late. The item did not arrive, and when I contacted customer service this morning, I received more excuses and discovered a part was still missing. I paid over a month ago and still have not received the goods, only a plethora of poor excuses. I would recommend looking elsewhere… very disappointing service.

I bought a shower door, vanity, basin, and tap for a total of over £2,500. Aside from some delivery issues and a misleading upsell for an 'essential' outlet pipe that was unusable, everything was fine until I encountered a problem with the tap. When installed, it barely produced any water. I reported this immediately and was asked for a video, which I provided. They then sent me the tap specifications (not available on their website), claiming the poor flow was due to low water pressure in my home. Since my complaint was within 14 days of delivery, I requested a refund, but they refused. The only option was a replacement tap, contingent on proving the original was faulty. However, the real issue is that the tap is not suitable for the basin size they sold me. I replaced it with a mixer from another supplier, and the flow rate is excellent. I submitted a video of the new setup and requested a review of the situation, but that was denied.
We had an outstanding experience! We ordered a shower tray (low profile stone resin) that arrived right on schedule. The delivery was fast, reliable, and included excellent tracking updates. We truly appreciated the tracking after a previous frustrating experience with another company. After ordering from several bathroom suppliers, this service stood out. Customer service was exceptional—an agent answered my call and helped me with an installation query within an hour, providing clear instructions on what to purchase. Our fitter was also impressed with the clarity of the instructions. Huge thanks to the delivery team for handling the 35kg tray with care. The tray looks high quality and is non-slip. Competitive pricing made the renovation process much smoother. Highly recommended!
Avoid this company; they fail to honor guarantees and will ignore your calls and emails. They delete all comments from their social media accounts. Do not purchase from them if you expect goods to be covered by guarantees, as customer service is unresponsive, and managers do not return calls.
The products are nice and of good quality. However, if something is advertised on the website with a 1-2 week delivery, it would be better not to let the customer pay and order it, only to inform them three days later that it will take 4-5 weeks. I also ordered a toilet and cistern, which were not delivered on time due to the flush plate being out of stock. This caused me to pay a plumber twice for installation, which could have been easily avoided.
