Not responding to communication

I completed Diploma course with them almost a month a go and I paid to get the certificate. unfortunately, they are not responsive to emails , and I kept following up with them for weeks now, but no response. I am wondering if they are careless, or it is a complete scam website.

Free course but pay for certificates

I recently completed a free course with eLearning College, which is self-paced ,convenient and the course content was nice.However I was unaware we needed to pay for the certificate as the course was free.I was uncertain about the price in rand so I emailed them to enquire the amount as I am a South African and how to go about paying, they responded days later by then I paid and today I have received an email to inform me that my PDF certificate has been uploaded to my account so I got my pdf certificate.

This course was nice and all But why lie to people and saying that everything is free and that certificates will be given after the paying amount This is a fraud nd u guys just want to take our money

Fraud

Sad to say, but it’s fraud. As soon as I paid for my certificate, I can’t enter to my account and I called to my bank to stop the pending transaction. Shame on you guys for looking for easy money through fraud. God will judge you.
