A lot of variety, even replacement parts.Product prices are fair.Shipping was fast and on time.Checkout process straight forward.Only con being the sometimes bad english translation on the website. Had to double check some product descriptions. But still 5 stars for the flawless process and range of products.
I strongly do not recommend to buy anything in this shop!!!!!My long sad story in short details:- 08.07.2020 Requesting by phone if they have a collar for a cat. They recommend Canicalm Small because it is the smallest anti-barking collar in the world with the weight only 17 grams and its suitable for cats (bold sphynx in my case). They told me that they had sold them enough to recommend for cats.- 08.07.2020 Paid approximately 100 Euro with delivery.- 15.07.2020 I received collar but instead of Canicalm Small I received Canicalm Sonic which is twice cheaper and completely is not suitable for my pet. Reply from shop: Oh, we are so sorry, or mistake, please send it back via EMS to us and we will send you the correct one. Please pay for delivery and we will send you money back to you. -18.07.2020 I’m sending collar back and sending via e-mail receipts for 28 Euro for delivery in order to receive them back.Reply from shop: “We are sorry but we will send you money as soon as we will receive wrong collar.”-12.08.2020 Me: “Dear shop, you have received collar, when you will send me 28 EURO back?”Reply from shop : “We have some difficulties with sending, please wait……”- 07.10.2020 Shop: “We send you money on 03.09.2020 to you credit card, please check with the bank…..”Sending documents to bank from shop in order to check why I haven’t received refund. Bank replied that shop in documents put incorrect your account number so please check with the shop……After all this situation today is 04.03.2021 and I still haven’t received money back. The only thing is that shop says that we are sorry, we are checking…. P.S. At the end Canicalm small doesn’t work for cats. Useless purchase which cost me 100Euro plus 28Euro which shop haven’t send me back.
