Well, in short. I am from Romania. site is Czech. My faults: 1. did not looked closely , ordered an Petrainer receiver instead of I"pets (damn Chinese, receivers are identical)2. did not looked on local market it was cheaper and had possibility to return. They have 1: not first thing to see returning policy... if you consider returning a 50 euro collar in Czech rep... might consider that returning it on your own expenses will double receiver price, even if site's cost is around 8. Asked them to place an returning order that I will pay, no answer. :(
I feel like the quality of the collar is not the best but it does the job. Comparing it to the electric collar I have from before which was more expensive there is a significant difference in quality. The band which goes around the neck is adjustable but while the dog is wearing it loosens up
