ELEMENT VAPE sold and I received counterfeit vape e-liquid. I contacted the customer service regarding the product and problem. The bottles I received were clearly counterfeit and compromised, thus unsafe for consumption. The bottles arrived with no plastic seal and the child proof cap seal was broken clearly indicating the bottles had been opened/compromised. Even with that, I attempted to verify the authenticity of the product and unsurprisingly I was unable to authenticate. Rather than provide appropriate customer service ELEMENT VAPE refused to assist and simply told me to contact the manufacturer (what?!! They should’ve done that!!) nor did Element Vape offer return/refund. When I requested a return/refund on the counterfeit products I received rather than remedy the matter, Element Vape refused. ELEMENT VAPE is comfortable to put consumer safety at risk (as counterfeit products are not FDA approved and law enforcement has warned of Carfentanil contamination) and would rather make a few bucks. ELEMENT VAPE refused my return/refund request siting that ELEMENT VAPE does not warranty e-liquid. This is not about a warranty, this is about keeping consumers safe by as a reseller/retailer verifying their products are genuine even if they have been made by a real manufacturer. There are steps outlined for resellers/retailers to take to authenticate the products they are selling. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE - ELEMENT VAPE has complete disregard for customer safety and is willing to violate FDA compliance to make a buck! ELEMENT VAPE is not only not reputable but by their actions and inactions a threat to the safety of consumers.
Scammed me. Never received a package. Waited over a month. Was refused a refund from Route shipping protection, and Element still has not given me my money back or re-shipped.
Avoid like the plague
First order ever, Received the wrong item, customer service is horrible, like others have written they screw you by making you pay to ship back the item they mistakingly sent and won’t send you the new one or refund until you send the wrong item back to them and it meets their return requirements, when you email customer service you get AI, no one to talk to to make the mistake they made right, worst customer support ever, it pays to go someone with good support- don’t buy here support your local shops!
As a loyal customer with previous successful orders, my latest experience was utterly unacceptable and represents the worst customer service I've faced in years of online shopping.
What Happened:
On January 12th, I received an email asking for additional age verification for my sister, listed as the recipient at her workplace. This was confusing since the company had previously shipped to this address without issues. I had already submitted my driver's license with the order.
My Response:
That evening, I sent a detailed email offering FIVE reasonable alternatives to resolve the situation:
1. Ship to my billing address (with or without a signature requirement)
2. Ship to me at the recipient address (I work there occasionally)
3. Ship to my home address with signature release or guaranteed presence
4. Ship to a UPS pickup location nearby
5. Wait a few days for me to obtain my sister’s ID, which I could provide
I specifically requested: “Just don’t cancel, please” and “Let me know if there are still any issues.” I explained the time I spent selecting products, especially since some were low stock.
Their Response:
The following morning, I received a form email stating: “We are unable to verify your age. Therefore, your order will be cancelled and refunded.”
None of my suggestions were acknowledged, and they didn’t wait the requested days. They simply cancelled after my explicit plea not to do so.
Why This Is Unacceptable:
• They gave me less than 15 hours to respond to their verification request
• They ignored the reasonable solutions I provided
• They disregarded my request to wait a few days
• They showed no flexibility despite my history as a returning customer
• Their prior shipment to the same recipient at the same address contradicts their current stance
• Many items I carefully selected are now out of stock
The Real Issue:
This isn’t about age verification policies—I respect those requirements. It’s about a complete failure to communicate, lack of customer service flexibility, and a dismissive attitude toward a paying customer trying to resolve concerns.
Their final email seemed like a template response, indicating they didn’t read my detailed message. A business that can’t wait 24 hours for a cooperative customer to provide documentation or consider reasonable alternatives clearly does not value its customers.
My Recommendation:
If you’re thinking of ordering from this company, be warned that if any complication arises—even if you’re actively trying to resolve it—expect no communication, no flexibility, and abrupt cancellations. There are other retailers who actually respond to their customers and work collaboratively to find solutions. I will not return as a customer, and I may choose a major competitor, as they seem to be the only viable option with such poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.
This shipping service is extremely frustrating. They arrive without any notice, there’s no delivery window, and I only get a random call when they reach my address. I have a life to manage and can’t be available on call for deliveries at their whim. Today, I pleaded with the driver to let the concierge sign for my package, but they wouldn’t allow it. As a result, my delivery has been postponed for 4 days. How can I handle a delivery when there’s no warning of its arrival? This will be my final order; I can't cope with this added stress.
The delivery service is extremely disappointing. They utilize a carrier that offers no customer support. My package has been delayed for over a month, and each week they claim they will "attempt another delivery within 1-2 days," yet no attempts are made. When I reach out to the support team, they inform me that it's beyond their control. Overall, the experience has been quite frustrating.
