I purchased a hoodie and leggings set for my wife's birthday, mainly for the leggings, which were supposed to be included. However, only the hoodie arrived. When I reached out to the support team, they claimed I only ordered the hoodie, ignoring the combo description. I sent a polite yet disappointed follow-up email, but received no response. I had concerns from the start about needing to enable international transactions with my bank, and unfortunately, my instincts were correct. At least my wife likes the hoodie.

Like some other customers, the item I received (short-sleeved) did not match the picture (long-sleeved). They claimed that the description was a template and not accurate, but there was no mention of 'short sleeved' anywhere in the order details. They refused to send a replacement, stating they sent the correct item, but offered a 30% discount for a future purchase. As if I would ever order again! I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
This company has no integrity! My business is making wristbands to honor a public figure, and they have directly copied our design from the internet, trying to sell it for more than we do. We contribute part of our sales to a charitable organization. This company is dishonest. Please do not support them.
I bought a championship hat, but it arrived in poor condition with silk screen prints instead of embroidered logos. For the price I paid, I expected a quality product. I suspect they used unauthorized logos, as there were no trademarks on them. I'm requesting a full refund from the seller.
I ordered sweatshirts but received t-shirts instead. The order defaulted to a t-shirt description, even though I wanted sweatshirts. They refused to address the issue. The t-shirts I received are disappointing. I recommend avoiding this seller at all costs.
