Initially, we laughed, assuming she had mistakenly added it, but then we discovered that all of us had random items on our wishlists. Why is the platform using AI to generate random items? This is really frustrating.

Disappointing. I ordered an item for an exchange through the wishlist service well before the event, specifically choosing it from the selected items. Unfortunately, it hasn't shipped in time. I contacted customer support, and they suggested I give a note to my draw instead of a gift, saying Santa would be late. This is just disappointing.
This service is the easiest way to find the perfect gift for everyone. Their support is outstanding. I've been using this service for personal and business exchanges since 2018, and I can't imagine how challenging shopping was before this.
