I invested real money in their automated trading service but encountered continuous losses. By May of last year, I lost all my funds and decided to stop using their service. The promised top performance led to significant capital loss. The situation shifted from poor results to what felt like a scam. After my account was depleted in May 2025, I had no reason to keep my subscription, yet the company continued to charge my credit card without my consent. Upon discovering these charges, I reached out immediately, but they refused to issue a refund. This clearly indicates a serious lack of integrity and concern for their customers.

STAY AWAY from Elite Forex Traders! I paid $583 for this system (which included $53 for VPS). The individual involved asked me to remove his name from this review—what is he trying to hide? I used the bot for a few weeks, and it was subpar compared to other systems I've encountered over the last 20+ years, prompting me to request a refund. I received a condescending email essentially calling me foolish, stating that they don't promote get-rich-quick schemes as I might have expected. They then outright denied any refund. Avoid this individual and their company; there are many better trading systems and managers available.
The manager is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The technical support team is also very helpful. When market conditions changed quickly due to tariffs, he advised on investment risks and recommended alternative stocks. I've seen steady and stable returns from May until now, which is far better than leaving my funds with a bank.
The company provides excellent guidance on setup and is responsive to questions. I've seen good results with their forex scalper. Overall, it's been so positive that I joined their pro club. Although I'm not currently performing well, the support from the team has been invaluable.
The representative is extremely unprofessional. He charged me for the VPS even after I stopped the program, without any prior notice. He sent a notification to my family members instead and blamed me for the issue rather than acknowledging his mistake. Despite being a loyal customer, I felt betrayed. There is also no legal contract outlining the terms of agreement. The representative refuses to take responsibility and would rather lose a loyal customer than issue a mere $53 refund. Having worked in customer service and hospitality for years, this is the worst experience I've ever had. Don't be misled by their new programs; I strongly advise against purchasing. Invest in your own education instead. EDIT: Have you seen his reply? It’s unprofessional to name a customer publicly. By law, he is in the wrong for charging directly without signed terms of service and fabricating a story about my communication. I have evidence showing that he communicated with my family but not with me.
