Since joining Elite Trading Services and using their gold bot, I have nothing but positive feedback. The bot works greats and the community support is unmatched. Also, when it comes to customer service Syzmon has been very helpful and responsive to my questions.
Customer Service is Outstanding! I bought the monthly ‘Gold Bot’ to trial on the demo account. I had a few problem setting up, problems that I’m sure I caused myself lol. Szymon was amazing helping me though this all the way to the end, Szymon was very polite and very fast on replying. I will Updated this Review in a months time once I’ve finished trialing the Gold Bot. Thank you Szymon!!:-)
The customer support is amazing! I have been using the company a while back, lost intrest in forex and wanted to go back in with a ea bot I bought. I emailed them, and they replied back in less then 2 hours!! But it wasn’t useable anymore, they gave me a great price offer to even get 2bots! And don’t forget that they reply so fast even on there social media! Szymon is the one who helped me a lot and he is amazing!🤩Only positive vibes in this company🔥 10/10
I’ve been with elite for 8 months now, and fair to say they are great! Bots are excellent (if your risk management is right these bots will get you the profit)Seen a lot of greedy people in the group with accounts blown.. glad I I joined Elite! Thanks guys :)
Can’t describe well enough what a game changer the service Elite trading service provide! I own 3 of the bots and they all run great and nearly always hit there daily targets, and when run on appropriate settings you just won’t find a place that is better for your investment! Seen some negative comments recently on the review but seems it’s just childish people who used far too risky, non recommended settings then complain when it doesn’t work out for them!Special shout-out to Syzmon who is nothing short of amazing at what he does! Wether it be talking you’s through a process on how to set up new bots or getting back about a question you’ve got no matter how basic or advanced the question is 🙌🏻
Started of with a good experience as the bots were ok for the price range. (Litebot, MoneyMaker, MoneyMakerpro and VICI)The owners or so called "customer service" only shared good results and never the bad ones. Whenever you asked about bad results, the messages were removed or they would just kick you of the discord group. They only tell lies, and whenever somebody gets a bit critical about the software. The team bails on you as a costumer and threatens with legal actions. What also caught my eye several times, is that when bought software for example £300, the next day it would be on a ''flash sale'' for £50, which shows value for money is not to be existed. All and all it is a very shady company, whom make everything seem to be better then it actually is. And when given critisism they will exclude you and make you feel uncomfortable.(in respons to the ETS respons, they have threatened me before, exactly why I am not using my own name.)I have proof of all my accusations if needed.) Fake customer? Fake reviews won’t get verified, keep that in mind of your reading this.)
We have worked with the team at ETS for two of our businesses now and in both circumstances they went above and beyond. Luckily we managed to have some face to face meetings before the lockdown. But even being able to have lots of phone calls has helped us massively during covid lockdown. The knowledge of these guys is incredible and the effort they put in to every aspect is amazing. Our back end software for funded traders is what stands us apart. We will always have a good word to say about ETS. We are so excited to see them now building their social media and retails side of the company. And cant wait to work with them on our other projects. From your first chat with them you will soon see they are a fantastic company who have excellent knowledge in a lot of fields.
So where do I begin. ETS have provided me and my company with Software solutions for Years even before ETS HAD SOCIAL MEDIA 😂. And I have never had an issue. Now the only reason why I am writing this review now. Is purely because of what has happened this week. Many will be aware of some of the biggest spikes in some markets with in the last 10 years. And of course this can result in losses. It’s trading it happens. But the ETS team just went above and beyond with their support. A special shout out to Jake, Sophie and Richard. And also Syzmon who now looks after me with sales as Richard has dumped me. But seriously all round the clock support this week to make sure all my clients were happy. And they all were. I won’t mention the business name as conflict of interest. But wow hats off to ETS yet again. Honestly if you are looking for a business software company for the finically industry or even as retail end user give them a chance you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait for the vici pro!!!!!
