I have requested cancellation of my subscriptions twice, but they have not been processed. Despite having conversations with their support team, they claim they cannot cancel it on their end. While I understand the need for self-service cancellation, it feels like poor customer service to not fulfill my request after multiple communications, especially after the product didn’t work for me. It's disheartening.
I sent an email requesting for a cancelation of the subscription. Then I get billed again. They mentioned it was not enough to request a cancelation to the support team, but you also need to complete additional steps. I feel like they say there’s no cancellation or refunds because the formula is exclusive. The product did not work for me why would I keep wanting to get bottles and pay such a high price. Pretty disappointed because I really liked this concept and had hope.
I highly recommend this product. I have been using it for a month, and it has helped me tremendously with my menstrual pain. For over a year, I experienced severe pain after stopping my birth control in an effort to get pregnant. The pain during my periods was unbearable, often reaching a level of 10. However, after starting to take six drops of this product daily, I was amazed to find that my pain decreased to a manageable level of three or four. This improvement has allowed me to move around and accomplish tasks around the house. I strongly encourage anyone struggling with similar issues to try this product at least once, especially when you feel desperate. I suspect I have low progesterone, and this product has made a significant difference for me.
I stopped having periods in 2021 (I was only 32) after a small bowel obstruction that made me drop under 90 pounds. My OBGYN and fertility clinic were never able to help me get my regular cycle back without medications. I decided to give Elix a try and took a break from the other medications. I received cycle balance, Daily Harmony, and Yin Time on July 24, 2025. On August 14, 2025 I had my very first natural period since 2021! Had minimal cramps, and my cycle lasted about 4 days. I was so happy to have my cycle back and feel like a normal woman again. I look forward to see if this product continues to help!
My 18 year old daughter began having frequent periods. The gynecologist wanted to put her on the pill but our functional nutritionist suggested Elix. I’ve been following this product / company for a while now, and I’m absolutely thrilled at how amazing it has turned out to be! There was an issue in transit and the woman I spoke to was so very kind and helpful— she responded the same day I sent an email! I highly recommend Elix, and unlike what I was expecting, it doesn’t taste like medicine! It has a rich, almost sweet flavor to it — and it’s good for you!
