I’ve had great results with Elix. I maxed out my FSA and had to take a break for a couple months. Sadly I had a big return of symptoms that elix helped manage. I finally got my FSA back and ordered but sadly UPS marked my package as delivered even though I never received it. The Elix team responded to my email right away and offered a 1 time replacement without making me jump through a ton of hoops which I really appreciate.
Elix is AMAZING! Been using them since they started 5 years ago. They have created many great products. Cycle Balance being the one I use the most. It has helped my pain, mood swings and overall well-being unlike any other period products. Yes, taste isn't the best (very earthy). But it works! The company itself are wonderful people and help you find the right mixture for you. Cause it's made just for you.
Elix has been the ONLY thing I’ve done or taken that has helped me with my excruciating period pain. This company is so great to communicate with and my customized cycle balance has truly given me my life back. I had pain that pain medication couldn’t make a dent in and Elix has eliminated it entirely. I never thought I could have an unnoticeable period. If you’ve tried everything else with no luck, I can’t recommend Elix more!
I had lost all hope of ever feeling “normal” in my body again. If you’re like me and dealing with chronic pain (especially endo), you’ll get what I mean. It’s been almost a decade of doctors brushing me off like I was just being dramatic, always trying to shove pain meds or birth control that didn’t help at all. I felt stuck and honestly almost gave up hope and thought i'd always being in pain.Then one day, I saw an ad for Elix Healing on Instagram. At first, I rolled my eyes. Another natural remedy? Yeah, right. But then I started doing some digging on Reddit, and found so many people with endo or chronic pain who were actually getting relief after a few months. I thought, “Okay, maybe there’s something to this,” but I also knew better than to expect miracles. After YEARS of being in pain, I didn’t expect a quick fix. But based on what everyone else said, I figured I’d give it at least 6-9 months to see if it worked.I was SO shocked - by month 1, already started seeing results. My periods, which used to be so heavy and painful, were way lighter. I didn’t have to freak out about bleeding through my sheets anymore. And the pain? It went from an 11/10 to a 6-7, which honestly felt like a miracle. I went from crying through every period to not crying at all. I can’t even believe it’s real.Now I’m on month 6 and I barely need any pain meds. Like, I hardly even recognize myself anymore. I feel like I’m getting my life back. I even just took advantage of a deal where I bought 6 more months for a discount, and when I emailed them to pause my subscription for now, they got back to me super quickly and there was no issue at all.The thing that really bums me out is seeing all these negative reviews from people who, honestly, have unrealistic expectations. If you’ve been suffering for years, there’s no way a natural product is going to work overnight! It takes time. And I know the waiting sucks, but the results are so worth it. I really just wish people would stick with it long enough to see how it can work.Honestly, I’m sad for anyone reading all those negative reviews and thinking it’s not worth trying. This stuff has literally changed my life, and I’m so thankful I gave it a shot. So if you’re dealing with what I’ve been through, I’d say give Elix Healing a try. It took me a few months, but now I’m feeling better than I have in years...and as a freelancer, this means more money in my pocket. Normally, I cramp so bad on the first day that I can’t move and no medication helps. I am so grateful to have found a solution!!
I had great results, but the customer service quickly went downhill. The company ONLY offers chat via email or chat box. I needed to halt my subscription, so they offered me a "pause" for 6 months. (There are no options on their website other than "skip".) I NEVER received any communication at 7 months that the autoship would reenact on ALL of my products at a whopping $210! Attempted to cancel, but they only respond within 2-3 days and they stated they couldn't cancel it since it already shipped. Also refused a refund. Just like most companies, it used to be great and then went to crap after all the 5star reviews. Really disappointed because I think some of their products are really helpful. **In response to Business reply: when you log into your account you cannot pause or cancel anything, you have to send an email. It STILL would have been helpful to get a reminder email PRIOR to processing an order that has been on hold for 7 months. Additionally, a good business would offer to return the product and eat the cost of the Cycle balance at ~$40 plus shipping of the other items that can be resold and keep a loyal customer that inquired about other products. Hmmmm ~$55 loss for hundreds of dollars of future costs and loss of future customers due to poor reviews due to poor service. If you see Elix rating on Trust Pilot, I'm not the only previous loyal customer frustrated.
I’ve been using Elix for 9 months and have seen great results, my paid went from a 9 to a 3. I was nervous because I saw folks complaining about their polices however every time I have emailed them they have been super accommodating allowing me to switch or move my order (plus they are quick to respond!). Would recommend
I hate to say it, but they're pretty scammy. I took it for over a year and it didn't help AT ALL. I have like 6 bottles of the stuff just cluttering up my cabinet. So I canceled my subscription (which they didn't make easy) and then a year later I got an email that said was order was ready and I was charged $230. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them to make them aware of their mistake and they said they wouldn't cancel it as it was "same day" and that it's personalized so it's not refundable. I had to contact my credit card company. It's a big "wellness scam" and they tag on "women-owned" to engender trust from desperate women. It's a shame. That's a very shady business model. They say it's super customized so it can't be returned or canceled but I talked to a few other people on it with VASTLY different issues and our "custom blend" was exactly the same. CUSTOMER BE WARNED!
I would love to give five stars. I’ve had great experiences with the products. Lighter, shorter periods with ‘cycle balance. I’ve not gotten sick while everyone at work has passed around illnesses since starting ‘stay well’. I genuinely could not be happier with their products however I HATE when companies do not make it easy to pause and cancel subscriptions and their platform is worse than most. Because I like the products I’ve canceled my subscriptions and just purchase as needed at a higher price to reduce my hassle.
I had a really frustrating experience with Elix. I contacted their customer support six times within the first 30 days after I noticed the product wasn’t working. Each time, I was told to simply "wait 6-9 months" for results, which seemed unreasonable for a product that wasn’t delivering any benefits. When I finally requested a refund within their 90-day "happy guarantee" period, they refused to honor it. It’s incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm being ignored and dismissed when the product doesn’t perform as promised. I do not recommend this product to anyone.
