DO NOT PURCHASE

First off, a warning. This product contains dóng quai. If you have endometriosis a quick Google search will tell you it is recommended NOT to take this because it will aggravate your condition. And it absolutely aggravated my endo. My period is late. I'm now 42 days into my cycle currently with no period, which is not normal for me. My bloating was worse, my pain was worse. My mental state is worse since taking this.I've emailed them twice to cancel with no response. Do not give these people your money. They're preying on vulnerable women who are looking for relief. Don't listen to the cherry picked bullshit reviews on their website. Use the money you would've spent on this and see a medical professional instead.

Customers service is piss poor

Customers service is piss poor, I've been trying to cancel my subscription and my membership for days now, they never answered back to any of my emails. They even sent a package without warning or any type of early notice. I can't take off my credit card information to stop the payments. I had to contact paypal to tell them what happened to see if they will help me with getting my refund back from them. I'm currently working with usps and ups to stop the package so that it can be sent back to them because their policy states that I have to cancel within 48 hours. When I've been asking for a cancellation since the day that they processed the order. Which just so happened to be on Christmas Eve and that ruined Christmas for my family. They processed then went on break for Christmas. I'm glad you thieves are able to enjoy your holiday because you screwed over mine. Its like I signed a deal with the devil against my will, and can't get out of it, now I'm trying to talk legal actions as well for this false advertised business. All they did was seek my money, killed my hopes, and destroyed my dreams. I don't want the package and I've been saying this over and over and over again. And they still sent it and refuse to give me back my money. I hate this company

Like others have said, I strongly advise against subscribing to this service. They send an email only one hour before charging your card and shipping the order, making it impossible to cancel as they require a 48-hour notice, but provide no prior warning. It was claimed that they send an email 48hrs before but I never received an email 48 hours before, nor any updates on my health or subscription status, demonstrating that it’s just about the money. Once shipped, there are no returns or refunds, even if the package is unopened.Customer service is only accessible via email, and they respond with attempts to dissuade cancellation, insisting on a 6-month usage period. Persisting with cancellation requests leads to more emails and a mandatory survey form online, reminiscent of those shady gym memberships that are difficult to cancel. It's not worth it, the results were little to none and I've been using them for over a year.

I have wrote the company several times…

I have wrote the company several times through email concerning my package that was not shipped. I gave them my corrected address which was the address that I also put when I shipped for my package. They have not even emailed me or even tried to send me out a new one or I have not even heard from anyone. This is crazy. This is my first time buying from them and I still don’t have my product very unhappy. I hope I get a response to my email soon. I have not gotten no money back or anything all I see through the tracking number. Is that insufficient address?

Do not subscribe, they send email one hour before charging your card and shipping, so there is no way to cancel as they require 48 hours but they do not provide notice. Once it ships there are NO returns/refunds even if package is not opened.Once you contact them (no customer service by phone only email) they send another email to try to convince you to not cancel (it takes "6 months" to work and if you persist (yet another email) you are required to fill out a survey form online to cancel. Reminds me of those shady gyms that make cancellation so difficult. There is no way to unsubscribe online in a straightforward process. When I said I would dispute charge with credit card company, (another email) there was no response.EDIT AFTER ELIX RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW: IF ELIX ACTUALLY READ MY REVIEW THEY WOULD SEE WHY I COULD NOT CANCEL! I RECEIVED ONE HOUR NOTICE BEFORE IT SHIPPED WHICH IS AGAINST THEIR TERMS OF SERVICE, SO HOW COULD I HAVE CANCELLED 48 HOURS BEFORE? OH, AND I DID REACH OUT TO YOUR "CANCELLATION TEAM", THEY WORK OFF A SCRIPT AND I HAD TO JUMP THRU HOOPS TO CANCEL

Elix has literally been a life changer…

Elix has literally been a life changer for me—I cannot thank the team enough for how much they’ve improved my quality of life! I have PCOS and suffered symptoms for years, being dismissed by my doctor and prescribed medication. Elix has genuinely made my periods almost completely normal and I don’t have to schedule my life around them. Also, the company itself feels like a supportive community of women! They truly making a difference, 100/10 stars!! Hoping they continue to make waves 😊🫶🏽

Avoid their gift cards

I got a gift card subscription (that wasn't even relevant to me as my menstrual health is fine) and it automatically enrolled me in another subscription. If automatically enrolling from a GIFT CARD was required, it would be helpful to get information as to why our payment account information is being required and including a clear note that states that we need to cancel our subscription after the gift card subscription has been used. It is very misleading to automatically continue the subscription from a gift card. I also don't understand why it's so challenging to remove my payment account information from a site that make it challenging to understand how a gift card works. Also, I was informed that it took weeks to get information on the gift card AFTER purchase because the time to respond took so long. I was originally supposed to receive this for a Christmas gift and got it in January because they purchased it and did not get any info on how to give the gift card. Also, to say that it takes 3-6 months to work, I guess I understand that it may take that length of time for some individuals, but I regularly take herbs prescribed by my acupuncturist and go to acupuncture appointments and can confidently say that it does not take that long to see improvements in my menstrual health. Maybe it takes that long for those who do not eat healthy?

Love the quality and support from licensed practitioners

I've always had issues with PMS and menstrual symptoms like bloating, mood swings, extreme fatigue, and insomnia around my period. Things just got worse as I was approaching perimenopause, cramps were becoming so painful I had to call out of work. My doctors solution was birth control, I turn into a crazy person on the pill and didn't need any more complication in life. Enter Elix, I love how formulas are customized based on Chinese medicine and are high quality made from organic herbs. It's a much more cost effective way of getting customized formulas as opposed to going to an acupuncturist, I can't afford that. Not only are my symptoms getting so much better, last month I didn't even know my period was coming because the PMS symptoms were minimal. You can even schedule a live 1:1 session with one of their coaches, who are actually acupuncturists. I learned so much from my session (like why my symptoms were happening from a Chinese medicine POV and lifestyle tips to help). I would highly recommend it! If you're on the fence, don't wait, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Elix.

Elix is trying to solve a real problem in gynecology, but what they offer needs some improvements

First, I want to say that Elix seems to be a good company that is helping many women who are falling through the cracks in our "let's recommend a birth control 'scrip for everything that comes through the door" gynecological system. And herbs that Elix is putting in blends do actually have supportive effects. I've had great experiences with their customer service people, too. That said, for me, Elix did not work.I've had heavy menstrual bleeding (no cramps) for over a decade at this point, with some bleeding during ovulation. Before 2024, I had two ultrasounds (one in 2006? and another in the mid-2010s), but no internal ultrasound because the probe they were using was not designed to be used on women who have never been sexually active with men and/or women who haven't had children. They shrugged, told me this was probably just my lot in life, and recommended birth control. I declined birth control because I've heard so many things from other women about side effects, and I didn't need the birth control feature. The bleeding got worse and worse, so I started investigating herbals because I fell through the cracks of the gynecological system and I was desperate for something, anything, other than BC. This is when I found Elix.I have been trying to take Elix for ... I'm not even sure when I started, it's definitely been a few years at this point. I checked off my symptoms, including dizziness, heavy bleeding, migraines, lightheadedness, some heartbeat irregularities, lower digestive system problems, bloating, and so on. They gave me a blend. Fast forward to late 2023. I suddenly had excruciating pain when inserting tampons and went into the gynecology department, and I also started bleeding with physical activity like spin class or hauling my laundry (engaging my core). Apparently saying I was in pain changed everything because they were suddenly interested in fixing me. They removed a cervical polyp and sent me for imaging to see what else was there, a saline sonogram. The probe for the saline sonogram is half the size of the probes for a normal ultrasound, so I was able to have it. They found a 10.1 cm fibroid on the outside of my uterus that is pressing on my colon (causing IBS-like symptoms!) and more polyps in my uterus (causing the heavier and heavier bleeding!). They also sent me for an anemia test. My iron saturation ratio was 9%. Under 10% is very, very bad. So now I am on iron, B vitamins, and vitamin C. I've already seen massive improvements after only a few days. A surgeon is reaching out to me to schedule a procedure to take out all of the growths. Should I have pretended to be in pain this whole time just to get proper medical care from the obgyn department? I hate lying, but now I really wonder. I had fallen through the cracks in our medical system for years and was so frustrated. It feels like a blessing from the Gods that I'm finally getting help, and all because one of the polyps grew so large that it prolapsed and started hurting. All of that to say that my reasons for docking a star is that I think Elix needs to add features to interface with other parts of the gynecology landscape. If a blend isn't working for someone after 6 months, I am betting that they need to go in for imaging and should be given a script to help them demand that from their doctor and get through insurance hurdles — they may have similar problems to what I have been experiencing. Women who are reporting fatigue and headaches that do not improve after two quarterly quizzes (apparently low iron can cause them when estrogen changes at certain points of the cycle!) should be flagged, and it should be recommended to them that they contact their GP or obgyn for iron tests (note: taking iron without a diagnosis could hurt the liver if iron isn't the problem). These are functional mechanical problems that have progressed beyond the point at which hormone-balancing herbs can totally help. I do think that the herbs will work far better for those who have straightforward cycle problems or pain from endometriosis.
