Review Time
Terrible experience, ordered a toy garage for my child 20th december, paid for next day delivery, it is now 9th Jan and nothing has arrived, I emailed twice to complain and have so far had no response, called and had no answer. Very very disappointed child and unacceptable customer service. The money was taken out of my account Dec 20th.
My first (and last) order was not a good shop experience at all.The shipping address, both inside the personal area and inside the order emails, is not the one inserted during the checkout, it's a custom gateway of this shop in the uk (i'm shopping from italy), and there are no warning about this anywhere in the site.I wrote 2 emails and a facebook message, and only got an anwser (by email, facebook message is still unanswered) aftwer two days.The tracking code has been wrote inside the first email and is not listed any other email, neither in my personal area, so if by error i loose that single email, i will not be able to track my package.A time travel back to '90s online shop experience. Bad. I'm just hoping to appreciate the item, because for sure i will prefer to lose money than try a refund to this shop.

Purchase was a simple and easy to use process. I made this purchase from Australia and found that the delivery was made in only a fortnight which is very prompt for an international purchase given that I live in Tasmania which is not on the mainland of Australia.
