Purchase was a simple and easy to use process. I made this purchase from Australia and found that the delivery was made in only a fortnight which is very prompt for an international purchase given that I live in Tasmania which is not on the mainland of Australia. The whole experience with Ellajames as a company was a pleasure and I would recommend them as a trustworthy company to do business with.
The nativity is very nice, however please be aware it’s very tiny and much smaller than I had expected. My own fault I suppose as I didn’t check dimensions.I will be keeping it despite this as it’s a lovely keep Sake.Shame I didn’t get a card with the message I’d request though

The ordering and delivery process was great, but I can’t lie, I was disappointed when I opened the packaging and saw the garland. It didn’t look anywhere near as full as I does on the website. I decided to give a try above the fireplace and even though I opened up the foliage it still didn’t look quite right. However, I have mixed in with another garland and this has achieved the effect I was hoping for.
