I bought this jacket on December 8th, and today is December 21st. After only a short time of wearing it, I am already experiencing serious quality issues. There is a large hole under the armpit, a very big hole on the inside, another large hole on the sleeve, and even holes inside the pockets.
I only wear this jacket when I go to work and back home, as I commute by scooter. I do not wear this jacket for outings or on a daily basis outside of work. Considering how little and carefully I use it, this level of damage after such a short period of time is unacceptable.
I am very disappointed in the quality of this jacket. It is extremely poor quality and not worth the money.

I ordered a coat in taupe (Order #5430), but I received it in a completely different color (rusty).What followed was nearly two months of back-and-forth emails, repeated delays, and no clear resolution.At first, customer support acknowledged that it might be the wrong color. Then they said they were “waiting for the team.” Then they offered partial refunds (10%, 20%, 30%) or store credit if I kept the item. Later, they claimed the color sent was correct — despite the clear visual difference in photos I provided multiple times, including daylight photos.Key issues:❌ No clear yes/no confirmation for weeks❌ No prepaid return label offered❌ Asked me to pay return shipping to China❌ Repeated requests for “additional photos”❌ Delays blamed on internal checks and holidays❌ Standard policy used even though the issue was their mistakeThe return address provided is in China, even though the webshop presents itself as Dutch. That means returning the item at my own cost would be expensive and risky.I repeatedly requested a full refund because I received the wrong item. Instead of resolving it quickly, they prolonged the process and kept offering partial compensation.The communication feels very scripted and avoids direct answers. Every time I asked for a timeline, I received another generic response.After almost two months, I still do not have a refund.I would strongly advise future buyers to be cautious, especially regarding returns and color expectations.Very disappointing experience.
A complete scam! Item received was not what was advertised. To return, you find out sale items are not returnable. I ordered a beautiful sweater, what arrived was a cheaply made pullover which I could not even get over my head. Do not make a purchase with this SCAM company
I ordered a few items from this organisation.I don't know why they pretend to be a Dutch company when they're not; lying about is not great.The items I received, I found them on other platforms for waaaaaay cheaper so they are scamming you.Nevertheless, I fell for the "scam" and didn't read reviews from beforehand so, it is my own fault.Based on the items themselves, I did like them but the sizing of these items were pathetic. I could fit into items, but they were way too small than what was being suggested on the site.
Still havent received the item and ordered on October 5th. The website runs out of China so you can only communicate with Ai. Given the reviews here, I am willing to bet should the article actually arrive, it will be of poor quality. Another Instagram scam leading you to believe this is a Dutch company.
