Amazing range and so easy to order. I've ordered ceiling lights for the whole house so it was a big order. Everything arrived, had to wait for a couple to be in stock and the order was correct and the lights are great quality. I'm very happy and I'll definitely recommend this company to anyone who's looking for lights.

Despite delivering to us before, our second batch of Items didn’t get delivered ‘as couldn’t find address’ but nobody contacted me I just saw this flag up when checking the tracking.
5 calls later & 2 contact forms completed when finally someone picked up the phone, I was notified the items can’t be redelivered as they are on their way back (no second attempt to deliver) to the warehouse & we’ll have to reorder them again or wait for them to return to the warehouse to get a refund!
Absolutely awful customer service. I was laughed at when I asked to speak to a manager.
Still waiting for a refund.

The lights arrived well packaged and were straight forward enough to put together. An adapter was provided as they come with 2 pin plugs.
The lights are great providing a good light for reading by and can be precisely angled to where the light is required.
They look good and I particularly like the weighted base which holds them steady yet is a slim size.
Would recommend these.
I really love the design of the light I purchased. It looks really stylish when switched off or on, I’m very pleased with my purchase. The plug not being set up for UK was a bit of a concern when I opened the packaging and didn’t mention how to change in the instructions but was easy enough.
Wasn’t impressed that the courier just left the light on my doorstep when I wasn’t at home! Anyone could have had it away (if there were strong enough that is! 😆) my neighbour intercepted thankfully
The experience of returning the set has been incredibly frustrating, with incorrect information, delays, and inadequate communication. I have refrained from ordering replacement lights, which are pricier, due to my lack of trust in the process. It's disappointing because while the selection is good, the aftercare leaves much to be desired.
I waited more than two weeks for my delivery and only received a portion of my order along with an incorrect item that I didn't request. I reached out to the company and am still waiting for a resolution, which appears to be a significant mistake. I'm very frustrated as I needed this light to finish my room.
I regret not seeing the previous review about this lamp. It feels quite flimsy, and once assembled, the stem is uneven. While the base and materials meet expectations, the assembly process was challenging. By the time we finished, we didn’t want to go through the hassle of taking it apart and returning it. I noticed it's listed with a recommended price of £224, but I paid £109, which seems excessive considering the poor quality of the stem.
I consistently have a wonderful experience with lighting solutions! I've outfitted my entire home with lights from this service and have never encountered any problems! On this occasion, the light arrived in a significantly damaged box (not the fault of the service—more an issue with the courier!), but it seems this hasn't impacted the light's functionality. I'll find out once it's installed! Excellent lights at fantastic prices. Easy!
