I recently sold my house and I was absolutely delighted with the attention and service I received from Elliots. I had dealt with Brian ages ago and decided that when the time came to sell, I would use their services. It was a tricky path for us but we got there - thanks to them! Both Brian and Ben and their team were a pleasure to deal with and I am more than happy to recommend them.
Elliotts are the best estate agents I've ever had dealings with. I purchased my first property through Elliotts and they were very friendly and helpful. When I'm ready to upsize I'll certainly use them to sell my property too.
Ben and Brian did a great job on my sale. They partnered well with another agency to get a buyer and managed to negotiate the buyer down from wanting to knock money off the price to a reasonable figure. They were great at communicating and did their best to advance the sale, proactively seeking information from the buyer and facilitating us being in direct contact at the right time of the transaction so we could agree last details. If only the other agents up and down the related chain had provided such a service.
We chose to use Elliotts when putting our house on the market as they were the most transparent, realistic and knowledgeable agents that we spoke to.Our experience from start to finish has been simple, VERY speedy, and stress free!This is entirely down to the team at Elliotts. From the first day, throughout the whole process-at times quite stressful -Symon was helpful, encouraging and very calm and at all times professional . I never doubted that he was the best person to sell my house. All other staff in the office were aware of our sale and all very helpful.

Chose Elliots and Symon after checking 2 other agencies. Symon and his colleagues were well prepared, took the trouble to provide useful stats about the property market in Hove, weren´t unrealistic about outcomes, and weren´t ´pushy´. They were friendly, professional and diligent. Wonderfully refreshing, they answered questions and queries promptly - no long waits on the telephone while a disembodied voice told one how important the call was to the Company!
