I recently sold my central Hove flat with Elliotts and they did an amazing job. Steve provided a realistic valuation taking into consideration market conditions which were very tough and also listened to my needs and requirements. They got me many many viewings and I received weekly update calls from Steve so I was always aware of how things were going. Once a sale was agreed Brian and Ben managed the sale through, dealing with all the solicitors and other agents. Elliotts Estate Agents were so thorough at finding our tenant and made the whole process of letting so easy. In particular Steve went above and beyond in supplying everything I needed to know before the tenancy started and a year later when the tenancy finished. Now we are back using Elliotts for the sale of our apartment, everything is communicated well and very professionally. I would not look anywhere else when renting, buying or selling a property in Brighton and Hove.
