Steve, Sally, Brian and the team took a lot of the stress out of moving. Within days of putting our house in Brighton on the market we had two credible offers, one from a couple who didn't need to sell a property. And when we were struggling to find a place to buy they phoned to tell us about a chain-free house in Hove that they had just taken on. It fitted the bill perfectly. Everyone at Elliotts was extremely friendly and supportive. They kept us in touch at every stage of the process making both sale and purchase as smooth as possible. Highly recommended.
It is important to remember that estate agents are incentivised to sell a home for their seller/client. So, as we all have probably experienced, Estate Agents can often be pretty rude and just downright unhelpful when you are a buyer. Elliotts is one of the few groups that not only represent for their buyers but treat you with kindness, respect, and professionalism. We interacted with Symon and could not recommend dealing with him enough.
Having just sold our flat , I am really pleased we chose Elliots . Symon got us a very good price at a time when the market is changing . Just as importantly, he ( and his colleagues ) are knowledgeable, easy to communicate with , persistent , (but never pushy) and just genuinely considerate people . There were always going to be things cropping up that needed to be handled, and Jordan was there to constructively help. The ball was never dropped until completion.Whilst I dealt almost exclusively with one person, there was always a cheery welcome from everyone if I popped into the office, and proper care if Jordan wasn't around. My impression is that Elliotts would offer an excellent service regardless of who managed the sale.
