We engaged Elliotts to manage the sale of our lower ground floor apartment in Hove.We were not sure what to expect as the market was a bit all over the place! Elliotts approach worked a treat! We had a day of viewings and from that accepted an offer and exchanged 8 weeks later! Jordan from Elliotts was excellent at managing the whole process including solicitors and buyers. Expectations were managed, any challenges were dealt with and the whole communication piece was second to none.Highly recommended!
My review of Symon Back at Elliotts estate agency.In 2023 I made a life changing decision to move back to Sweden after having resided in Uk for 30 years.I decided to use Elliotts estate agency, as I had had a good experience with them in the past. I used Elliotts in 2012 when I sold my house and moved in to the flat that I now wanted to sell.My contact at Elliotts was Symon Back.What a professional he is; positive, well mannered, punctual and very likeable.He gave me a fair valuation of my flat showing me similar flats in my area, he helped me find a solicitor and organised for stunning photos to be taken. Symon kept me informed of all movements re. my flat and he called me when he said he would. All paperwork was handled very quickly, (however it takes two to make the paperwork go quickly so I made sure to also be quick my end.)Once the sale had been agreed Symon did everything he could to make the exchange of contracts and moving date go as smoothly as possible.Moving is a stressful business and if you move abroad even more so. Symon was an incredible help and I can’t recommend him enough. I am very impressed with the way he handled the sale of my flat, and of course the rest of the team at Elliotts.Elliotts behave and work as an estate agency should- other agencies would do well to follow suit.A big thank you from a very satisfied client.Christina Vigerland-Oliver
Rude and unprofessional staff member that is not keeping up with the current market. They have overvalued too many properties to gain clients and clearly panic when buyers can call their bluff. My experience with Elliott's is the reason why no one trusts or likes estate agents.From the response it's still clear that they are unaware that it is illegal to not pass on offers which was stated by the agent on the phone and a report has been made to the Property Ombudsman regarding illegal activity, pressure and intimidation tactics, degrading members of the public and lack of professionalism. Mortgage approvals have declined to the lowest levels in 25 years, interest rates have risen once again and house prices have continued to fall. Once again, I put in my offer being aware of the market and they seem very proud or gleeful in fact to put people in negative equity. If I put in a low bid and someone puts in a higher one, thats honestly how selling houses works so there is no need to aggressively talk to a buyer like that. An offer is an offer I just worry about sold prices and market information. So watch out buyers, don't listen to the nonsense! It's an important reminder as a buyer that estate agents don't have your best interest at heart.

Jordan Webb made our move so smooth and I’m so glad our vendor chose Elliotts and Jordan in particular to work with. From the first viewing Jordan was knowledgeable and prepared but in no way pushy, he let the property speak for itself.
