Elliott’s marketed and sold my house for me, achieving an excellent price and within a short time frame. I had found my next property already, which they were selling. Although the purchase took a bit longer, Symon kept pushing to get us in. He was a pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly and efficient. I’m very grateful to the whole team for helping everything to go so smoothly.
We recently purchased a property where Elliott’s were the selling agents. Ben’s communication was exemplary throughout the process despite what turned out to be a very difficult chain (nothing to do with Elliott’s). Genuinely the timely communication from Ben as well as his dogged chasing of all parties in the chain stopped us from calling time more than once. I must have spoken/communicated with Ben at least 10 times for every 1 time with my own agent. Would recommend.
