We dealt with Ben and Steve at Elliotts during the purchase of a flat in central Hove. They were both always very pleasant to deal with; friendly, professional and great in all their communications. They accommodated us multiple times when we asked for keys to the vacant flat to help with plans and obtain measurements for future renovations, something that is so helpful during such a usually very stressful process. I'd happily work with Elliotts again, and also recommend to others.
We recently bought a house where Elliots were the agent the house was listed with. We dealt with Ben who was excellent, really communicative and so good at chasing all parties. We were selling two properties (one in Devon, one in Brighton) in order to proceed with our purchase. Unfortunately we faced serious difficulties with the Devon sale which nearly caused our purchase to fall apart but Ben was very good at keeping everyone in the loop. He remained friendly and professional at all times. I can't speak for Elliots in terms or selling property, but our experience buying through them was excellent. Thank you!
Selling a house is very stressful, so it helps to have the right people on your side to guide you through it. I have used Elliotts previously, to buy and sell, so it was only natural that I would use them again for my recent sale. It was a tricky one, I have to say! Many a curve ball, but all managed superbly by Elliotts and in particular Ben who was incredibly tenacious in getting the results we needed in difficult circumstances. He was very communicative and responsive, so we felt we were in the loop at all times when it came to our sale. I just wish other people had the same values when it came to purchasing / selling houses and understood how everyone in the chain feels not just themselves. Anyway, the experience is complete and I would highly recommend Elliotts to anyone and would definitely use them again should I ever be brave enough to move again...

A great team! Right from the beginning of my journey, everyone was extremely helpful and answered any questions that I had and didn't make me feel like I was a bother. Symon was fantastic throughout all of this and kept me in the loop on a weekly basis with any updates and anything that I needed to complete and always took time to ensure that it all made sense. Elliotts were brilliant from valuation to completion. Despite a change in agent halfway through the process they remained consistently supportive and communicative throughout, and really helped push through at some difficult points in the sale. I would highly recommend them!
