Symon, in particular, was incredibly helpful, proactive, and had excellent communication throughout the process. His dedication made a significant difference. Our house purchase process with Elliot's was excellent throughout, handled professionally but with real care & a personal approach. As is any case buying a house isn't straightforward & in our case time from offer to completion was lengthy due to the sellers stipulations, however Symon was fantastic throughout, offering advice, support & expertise going above & beyond to ensure the sale went through. All round great service from the team at Elliotts.Firstly being shown the properties I wanted to see, rather than those the agent wanted to shift. The viewings were all well planned and timed to suit me. The process through offer to acceptance was all seamless and all my queries were dealt with promptly.The final hand over was all smooth as well so i have no problems with recommending Elliotts to anyone.
