Item was lost by the courier service

Item was lost by the courier service. Ellret will not resend or refund. Continuously stating there is nothing they can do until they receive the item from courier despite me telling them numerous times that it is lost.

Total scam like everyone has mentioned The description states a 3D figurine and then you end up with a flat piece of plastic and cheap piece of wood I should’ve read the reviews first but made a mistake Stay away from this company Defo NOT RECOMMENDED

Absolute Joke!

Absolute Joke! Advert clearly states & shows 3D figurines, & what we received was some 2D low quality rubbish. Nowhere does it a state that items are coming from China & take 4 to 5 weeks to arrive. Customer service is also very poor. STAY WELL AWAY!!!
