Stay well away from this company. The product looks nothing like what is advertised and they even change the design that you send. I have a hand tattoo, the item I received had a totally different image to what’s on my hand!! Cheap 3D image printed on Perspex cost £39.99, looks like it cost £4.99! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE ADVERTISING PICTURES - the item you receive looks nothing like what they advertise. Attempting to get a refund is not happening either with them. My advice STAY WELL CLEAR. Sham of a company.
I would give no stars but can’t. Spent 3 months so far trying to get a refund for misdelivered parcel. But they refuse to send me one. Have sent emails from delivery company Yodel to prove that it has been misdelivered also delivery photos. Also screen shot from Ofcom to say they are liable. But still will not send me my refund. Avoid at all cost.
Stay away from this company. I ordered what I thought was going to be a cartoon version of a photo as a present. Had to wait nearly a month and when I recieved it they had done nothing with the photo at all. Their only solution so far is to offer me 20% of the value of the product. Not even intersted in getting it right. Very bad customer service!
As everyone says, this is a complete scam a chappy piece of 2d plastic arrived details were wrong I'm not fighting for a refund been offered 10% I said absolutely not full refund. They advertise the product as a 3D figure, but instead is a 2D acrylic (or something similar). At least in my case the colors were good and the design was pretty similar to the picture I sent and looks nice, but is DEFINITELY not what I was expecting based on their ads.
Thi product is presented as a 3D printed item when it is a flat plexiglass item with a printer sticker on it. I asked for the base to say beach forever and this part was correct, it is cute but not what I expected, these ads show a 3D printed statue that can be grasped and picked up I received a cheap plastic slot cut out to hold the plexiglass.
