Muy mala experiencia – NO COMPRÉIS, ES UNA ESTAFAEl 10 de septiembre compré un producto anunciado como “Marco de fotos de madera personalizado en 3D con estilo de dibujos animados”. En las imágenes parecía claramente una figura en 3D con volumen y base, pero lo que recibí fue una simple lámina plana de metacrilato.He pagado casi 50 € por una imagen plana, y además el metacrilato llegó roto. Tras reclamar, solo me ofrecen rehacer lo mismo o devolverme un 30%. Ahora ni responden a los correos ni a los mensajes de Messenger.Se trata de publicidad engañosa y un trato lamentable. After complaining, they only offered to remake the same item or give me back 30%. Now they don’t reply to emails or Messenger at all.This is misleading advertising and terrible customer service. They don’t deliver what they promise, they deceive customers and then disappear.⚠️ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT’S A SCAM.
Product purchased based on images from their site and what was received did not reflect the intentional deception they are advertising! Pictures on their site and social media depicted a 3 dimensional figurine created and customised based on a photo you provide. What you receive is a 2D piece of plastic with a sticker on it. When speaking with customer service, they admitted to using different images than the products they send because “3D one is only a photo to create a positive image”.Was offered 10% refund and then after a few messages, 20%. Not acceptable.I feel like I fell for a scam and hope this review prevents others receiving the same experience and disappointment I did.
Complete Scam!I ordered a gift from Ellret.com. They provided a tracking number. The tracker said it was in Indiana for a few weeks.Then, the tracker company said it was lost.The Ellret “customer service” uses Facebook Messenger. They kept saying they were contacting the local post office. After asking for refunds, they stopped all contact.This is a 100% scam site. Don’t trust anything there.
If you don't want your money wasted, don't fall for this scheme. It's a complete scam. They advertise as if they're going to send you a 3D figure, but what they actually do is print it on acrylic that's not worth 5 euros. It was 40 euros down the drain.So don't be fooled.
