Lack of communication resulted in a 35-day wait for delivery. I ordered a small and a medium, but they arrived fitting like an XL. The writing on the sweater is nonsensical in English. It was supposed to be grey, but it turned out white. There's absolutely nothing positive about this experience, and it was overpriced. I won't shop here again; they don't even reply to emails.
I tried to initiate a return within the 14-day window due to sizing issues. I emailed customer service, but they claimed I was outside the return period, which was incorrect. They refused to issue a refund, showing poor customer service and not adhering to what was stated on their website.
I ordered size large jeans, but the label clearly says size 12. They were advertised as super stretch, yet they have minimal stretch and a tiny waist, definitely not size 12-14. I contacted them for a refund and requested a prepaid returns label, but received a generic response. It's disappointing to see a business run unethically.
I'm quite let down by this company. I used to buy from them years ago and was satisfied, but recently I've received incorrect items. The leggings I got were labeled M/L but were actually XS. Customer service initially accused me of lying, despite my proof. They eventually agreed to send the correct size, but I'm still waiting. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory.
I have mixed feelings. Some items, like the stretchy jeans, fit perfectly and are great quality. However, many products are cheap and become faulty quickly. The lucky dip offers are also misleading, as items received often don't match what's advertised.
If I could rate this shop a zero, I would. I ordered a lucky dip that claimed to include items worth £20-45, but I received low-quality items that I could have bought for much less elsewhere. I'm thoroughly disappointed and will warn others to avoid this shop.
