The service fails to respond to emails, results of competitions are not announced, leaving us in limbo for months. We also experience significant delays in payments. There seems to be no point of contact; the architects are ignored.

I participated in two competitions on the platform, but the results were not announced on the promised dates. Additionally, one client claimed results were announced, which contradicts the information provided to participants. I have reached out to support multiple times without receiving a clear response. I respectfully seek a transparent explanation and a resolution to this issue.

Despite reaching out via email, I received no response. I am beginning to suspect this may be a scam for designers. Clients pay upfront, but the prize money for winning designs has not been distributed. This situation raises concerns for designers who submit their work but do not receive payment. I hope sharing my experience helps others be cautious.
