I placed an order on Saturday for £34.99 for the first time using this company and I was told once they have despatched the items they will let me know. I am still waiting for confirmation of despatch. I have sent several emails with no reply. So I went to the review section to see what customers are saying, OMG similar experience!. I should have read the review before I ordered. This looks like it is going to be a nightmare!!!!!!. Can someone contact me back please as a matter of urgency. I will be writing a daily update!! Customer Service contacted me today to say 1 out of the 3 gum gels I ordered is on it's way, Shocking. If the product was out of stock why didn't they just write out of stock. I will keep updating until I get all my Product ordered.
I ordered 2 lip plumping oils for my lips I am so disappointed after waiting ages for delivery and them costing £39.99 the lip plumping oil is like water not even moisturing or plumping at all more like water.
I could of brought a better lip gloss from poundland. I have tried to email these people concerning this and the emails are not sending.
I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. All of there pics and videos of the lip plumping oil are not real it's so upsetting when u look forward to a product u spend alot of money on and it's complete rubbish!!!!!!!

I ordered two lip plumping oils and I'm extremely let down. After a long wait for delivery and spending £39.99, the product feels more like water than a moisturizing or plumping oil. I could have bought a better gloss for much less. I attempted to email the support team for assistance, but my messages won't send. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. The promotional images and videos seem misleading, and it's disheartening to spend so much on something that doesn't work. Has anyone even received a refund? It's frustrating when you can't reach out for help! Please, do not purchase from this site; I've wasted £39.99. This situation has made me very upset. It feels like a complete scam!
I made a one-time purchase for three bottles of body oil. The next month, I received an email saying my order was being shipped, even though I had canceled it. Luckily, they didn’t send it. However, I received another email later stating my order was being prepared again. I canceled once more, but they are still sending me items I don’t want, and they’ve already deducted money from my account. I’ve had to block this company. Their practices are very concerning.
UPDATE: MY REFUND HAS ONLY INCREASED TO 30%! Considering they heavily advertise a 100% no-quibble guarantee, this is misleading. This company is a total scam. They sent me the wrong items and blamed it on the warehouse. I ordered a lip plumper and a lip oil but received two lip oils that are cheap substitutes. I’ve seen other reviews echoing the same experience. How is this company still operating? Customers can’t leave reviews on their site, and all the reviews appear to be overly positive. It feels deceptive. They've offered a mere 20% refund, and if I don’t receive a full refund as promised, I will report them. I’m tired of companies trying to keep my money. I’ll update this review with the outcome.
