I visited a local store yesterday in search of a clothing item. The assistant was very friendly and let me know that they didn’t have it in stock, but she offered to order it online for me. She did this with a smile, and I received my package this morning. I was really impressed by her positive attitude and willingness to help. I will definitely return. This representative is exceptional, and the company is fortunate to have her – well done to a wonderful person!
I had no prior experience with online shopping from this service, and I’m sharing my thoughts based on this one encounter. I ordered a pair of trainers for my partner, and they arrived the very next day. The delivery was free, and the item's price matched the lowest I had seen elsewhere. The entire process was seamless, and it's what I wish all online retailers could emulate. Hence, I’m giving it 5 stars.

This retailer is one of the few I’ve encountered that charges for in-store pickup. They also didn’t notify me that my item was ready for collection. The staff member who assisted me was helpful but seemed overwhelmed while her colleagues were chatting.
